As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Germany and/or Italy. You’ll ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly from order intake to delivery. You'll work closely with the sales team, logistics, and transport partners. This is a full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

• Process customer orders in SAP: from intake to invoicing
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed
• Handle questions and complaints via phone and email
• Update customer data, pricing, and promotions in the system
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve team efficiency
• Play a key role in delivering excellent customer service

• Gross monthly salary between €2800 and €3000 (based on full-time)
• 8% holiday allowance
• 27 vacation days per year
• Option to buy up to 5 additional vacation days
• Performance end-of-year bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary

You’ll join a diverse and international Customer Service team of 12 people, representing various nationalities. The team is close-knit and collaborative, and the work atmosphere is informal and supportive. While the company’s headquarters are located in China, the EU headquarters are located here in Eindhoven. • Fluency in German and/or Italian (both is a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP (SD & MM modules) is a plus
• A proactive and hands-on attitude
• Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
