As Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and elevating content across all internal communication channels. Your work will ensure that messages are clear, consistent, and impactful. From leadership speeches and intranet stories to newsletters, visuals, and videos—you will be the guardian of quality for everything that is published.

You will work closely with the Digital Channels Advisor, HR, External Communications, and senior leadership to deliver content that is not only accurate and professional, but also engaging, inspiring, and aligned with strategy.

Volledige omschrijving:

• Write, edit, and review content for speeches, intranet articles, newsletters, videos, and signage.
• Ghostwrite for leadership, ensuring clarity, authenticity, and impact.
• Review and enhance content produced by others, safeguarding tone of voice, consistency, and quality.
• Create visuals and layouts using Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Produce and edit video content, from short campaign clips to leadership messages and event recaps.
• Collaborate with the Digital Channels Advisor to optimize content for the right platforms and audiences.
• Translate complex topics (e.g., investment, sustainability, digital transformation) into clear, accessible, and engaging narratives.
• Maintain editorial standards to ensure all communication is professional, inclusive, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Wie ben jij?

• Solid experience in content creation, editing, and storytelling within a corporate or internal communications setting.
• Demonstrated ability to write for leadership (e.g., speeches, opinion pieces, leadership updates).
• Strong reviewing and editing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and detail.
• Ability to produce visual and video content using Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch not required).
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or related industries.
• Background in corporate communications, journalism, or media.
• Familiarity with UX writing and accessibility standards.
