If you are a driven professional with a passion for optimizing the customer experience, then this role as Customer Service Manager at dsm-firmenich is your next career step. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the global Order to Cash (OTC) initiatives of a leading international company. You will lead the team that processes customer orders from start to finish, with the ultimate goal of perfect delivery, without complaints. This is your chance to have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.

In this strategic and managerial role, you will have final responsibility for the regional customer experience. You will manage your team, coach them to achieve the best results, and ensure that all orders are processed correctly and on time. In addition, you will initiate and supervise projects to increase productivity and streamline processes. You are the ambassador for OTC initiatives and the connecting link that optimizes cooperation between different departments and regions. From proactively informing customers about possible delays to resolving complaints and ensuring KPIs are met, you ensure that operations run smoothly.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of experience in customer experience or order management (OTC).
  • Must have experience as a Customer Service Manager or Team Lead.
  • Proven expertise in leading projects with well-developed project management skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, dealing with customer accounts managed by multiple Account Managers in different geographical locations.
  • Fluency in English is required. German, Dutch, and Turkish are a plus.
  • Must have SAP experience (SD & LE modules). Experience with the MM module is highly preferred.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Yacht offers an attractive package of terms of employment, including:

Primary terms of employment

  • A good salary, between €4000 and €5500 gross per month based on 40 hours (starting salary depending on knowledge and work experience
  • 8.33% vacation pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.

Contract type

  • A project contact for the duration of the assignment, initially 6 months.

Secondary employment conditions

  • Pension Plus scheme (accrual from day 1)
  • 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour working week
