For a well-established and stable company in the Giessen region, active in the food industry, we are looking for motivated machine operators. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the products by performing quality checks and closely monitoring the production process. - Operating, setting up, and converting various machines;
- Performing quality checks;
- Troubleshooting first-line technical issues and carrying out minor maintenance;
- Coordinating with the technical department in case of major breakdowns;
- Actively contributing to process improvements.
- MBO-level working and thinking (secondary vocational education);
- Experience as a machine operator (preferably in the food industry);
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
- A gross monthly salary of up to €3,688 (including shift allowance);
- Holiday allowance and paid leave;
- Pension scheme;
