This is an excitingcontract opportunity for 3 to 6 monthswith a multinational company operating across over 100 countries. The organization is known for its dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and compliance in its global operations.
We are currently looking for aSr. Payroll Analystto support the company's international payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong vendor management skills, payroll process knowledge, and experience working across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processes, including data input and validation.
- Review and checkKronostimecards and ensure accuracy of payroll-related information.
- Oversee bonus sheets, payroll payments, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX) and company policies.
- Support payroll audits and provide required documentation.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to payroll processes and provider operations.
- Optimize integration between HR and Finance systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Payroll Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll operations, ideally in an international/EMEA setting.
- Knowledge of European labor law and international payroll administration.
- Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience withCloudPayandKronosis a plus.
