Looking for a job that matches your early bird energy? Work as a logistics employee at the flower auction, good pay and plenty of time for yourself after your shift.At Royal FloraHolland, we are looking for a logistics employee to help distribute flowers and plants. This is a part-time position with early shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
What you can expect:
- You will start with a paid two-day training course, during which you will learn how to work with our electric vehicles and the voice picking system.
- You will then receive 12 weeks of guidance so that you can be trained step by step.
- Your work revolves around accuracy and structure: counting, distributing and processing flower boxes correctly is very important.
Your working week:
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Availability: at least 3 days per week.
- With a 5-day working week, you will work an average of 20–25 hours, depending on how busy the auction is.
Good to know:A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the application process.

Our office is right next to the work floor, so we're always nearby if you need anything. We're open Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wat wij jou bieden
- A starting salary of €16.04 gross per hour, or an all-in salary of €17.73 gross per hour.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 5 km one way.
- Full reimbursement of your public transport card if you work more than 4 days a week.
- Weekly payment of your salary.
- 8.33% holiday pay.
- You live in the Netherlands
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are at least 1.65 metres tall
- You speak English or Dutch
- You are available for at least three days, with Thursday and Friday or Thursday and Monday as mandatory shifts.
