We are currently seeking an experienced (Associate) SUPERVISOR for the VAS department assembly

As a (Associate) SUPERVISOR you will play a key role in managing and optimizing logistics and value-added services. You will oversee team coordination, ensure compliance with operational standards, and drive continuous improvement to maintain efficiency and service excellence.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoys leading and coaching teams to achieve operational excellence, has strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and is motivated to drive process improvements while delivering high-quality results.

Operational Execution: Execute and coordinate standard logistics and VAS activities in your area.

Ensure all necessary resources are assigned and activities are streamlined to optimize efficiency and service levels.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational escalations, such as system disruptions or absence of your supervisor.

Team Coordination: Provide daily guidance and coaching to a team of approximately 10 employees, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.

Support employees by offering objective feedback and assisting in workload balancing and resource planning.

Compliance and Administration: Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is GDP-compliant and signed off promptly.

Verify proper time registration and scheduling for team members.

Process Improvement:Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading small projects focused on service, quality, and cost optimization.

Perform 6S audits and follow up on required actions to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to broader CDC Venlo objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring data availability for operational reviews and startups.

• A minimum of MBO education
• 2+ years of experience coordinating logistics processes and people in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational WHS processes, ERP systems, and LEAN tools.
• Proactive, service-minded, and results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Position in dayshift working hours 7.00-15.30 o clock
