Are you fluent in German (native or near-native) and looking for a role where you can make a real impact in an international environment?
For a global leader in the medical devices industry, we are looking for a new colleague to join the Customer Service team.
What will you do?
- Be the first point of contact for customers: processing orders and handling inquiries about deliveries, returns, backorders, and complaints.
- Support the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives with reports, samples, and promotional activities.
- Liaise daily with departments such as shipping, finance, marketing, and production to ensure customers receive their products on time.
- Monitor progress and make sure custom solutions and packs are produced and delivered according to customer needs.

- Experience in an international customer service environment
- German language skills at native or near-native level + good command of English
- Strong computer skills (Excel, databases, etc.)
- Fulltime availability (40 hours per week)
- A true team player who can make quick and accurate decisions
