On our mission to build a global brand, Wholesale is the channel to drive trial and brand awareness with our partners like Douglas, Sephora and Zalando. We are rapidly expanding our on- & offline activities across regions at premium department stores, perfumeries and online players.  

As Junior Trade Marketeer, you are the spider in the web, keeping a clear overview of campaign planning and internal deadlines. You implement and execute Trade Marketing tools to accelerate growth at our key partners. You support Sr. Trade marketeers in developing central toolboxes and coordinating local material requests. And as the cherry on top, you independently lead several market moment campaigns.

THE ROLE IN SIX BULLETS:

• Contribute to the development of Trade Marketing toolboxes and key commercial moments.
• Implement and monitor GWP & sampling programs and reports on performance.
• Key user for our Master Data Management system. 
• Keep track and regularly update the Trade Marketing calendars per market / partner including tools and materials needed.
• Create evaluations of campaigns, promotions & activations based on qualitative and quantitative input from local markets and CHO teams.
• Create partner decks and creative briefings for our internal agency for visual asset requests.

JOIN OUR TEAM

In this role, you will work closely with the CHO Wholesale team (~15 direct colleagues), CHO Marketing teams, and Local Wholesale teams worldwide. You will support the implementation and optimization of key tools such as sampling, GWPs, promotions, activations, and campaign toolboxes to drive growth. This position reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager.

High on energy, low on ego, and with lots of humor. You’re unique because of your structured way of working and stakeholder management skills. In addition, as a Junior Trade Marketeer you excel in being proactive and independent to ensure a successful collaboration across all teams.

• You finished your Bachelors/Masters (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, International Business Development).
• You are a commercial marketeer with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in retail/trade marketing/FMCG.
• You are analytical, a strong planner, good communicator, and have the right people skills to connect with all different key stakeholders.
• You work responsibly with confidence and are always one step ahead of other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You are adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An international background is a plus.

Location and Working Conditions 

While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively. This role is based in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office.
