As a production worker, you ensure that all kinds of products are manufactured correctly and leave the factory on time every day. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a production worker, you are an indispensable link in the production process. Together with your colleagues, you work accurately and contribute to a high-quality end result. This end result isn’t always the same product, but within each product, you often have one part that you’re responsible for — so you always know what to expect! Of course, you follow all rules, with safety as a top priority. At the end of the day, you feel accomplished because hard work is rewarded.
Your tasks include:
- Deburring aluminum edges
- Applying a waterproof seal
- Cutting panels
- Performing quality checks
- Filling in inspection checklists
- Repairing any damage
- Cleaning the workplace
- A positive attitude and eagerness to work
- Flexible — sometimes it’s fast-paced, then you get a moment to catch your breath
- Eye for detail — able to manage your part of the puzzle accurately and safely: bring it on!
- Ability to work accurately and in a structured way
- Sufficient technical insight
- Ability to read production drawings (this can also be learned with us)
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Able to speak Dutch or English
Do you need retraining or additional qualifications (for example, Code 95 or a forklift certificate)? Then you’re in the right place with us. The Logistic Force Academy is the largest practical training provider in the Netherlands. We are happy to support your development and invest in it. Do you have even more ambitions? Working conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
- Three breaks per day totaling one hour
- Work clothing provided
- You may listen to music while working
