Join us in Amsterdam as an AI technology expert. Use your software engineering and AIGC expertise to build intelligent tools with real impact.

In this role, you will design and develop innovative AI solutions that make software engineering faster, smarter, and more efficient. You will play a key part in building next-generation IDEs used by developers worldwide. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing frameworks and AI technologies for IDEs;
• Exploring and building the next generation of development tools;
• Applying AIGC in software engineering;
• Analyzing trends and translating them into concrete solutions;
• Collaborating with universities and international research labs;
• Optimizing developer experience and productivity;
• Contributing to solution architecture and implementation.

We are looking for an experienced professional who delivers results with AI and software engineering. You bring:

• 10+ years (proven) experience in software engineering and AIGC;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus;
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and big data;
• Ability to translate trends into practical applications;
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
• Experience with IDEs or toolchains (such as VSCode, IDEA, or Copilot).
