Do you want to work as an operator at one of the most famous breweries in the Netherlands? At Grolsch, you'll get the chance to be involved in the filling and packaging process of our iconic beer cans. As an operator in the Packaging department, you will be responsible in a three ore five-shift system for a smooth-running production line. You ensure quality, resolve minor technical faults, and collaborate in a team where craftsmanship is key.

Who you are

We are looking for a technically proficient and motivated operator; You

Have at least 1 year of experience as an operator in a production environment
Have completed a technical education or can demonstrate relevant experience
Are available for a three ore five-shift system
Work accurately and take initiative

What will you do

As the operator on the canning line at Grolsch, you are responsible for a significant part of the production process. Your daily duties include

Operating and setting up filling and packaging machines
Performing first-line maintenance and resolving minor faults/breakdowns
Controlling quality and recording process data
Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and safety on the work floor
After a thorough training period, you will receive independent responsibility for your part of the process.
