Work in a cleanroom environment at HQ Group in Eindhoven with the prospect of a permanent contract and an attractive salary including shift allowance.Step into a high-tech production environment of HQ Group where precision, safety and development are key. In this role, you will receive a good salary and supportive colleagues. You will carry out cleaning and packaging tasks in a controlled cleanroom according to work orders and technical instructions. You will work in a fixed two-shift schedule from 06:00 until 15:00 and from 15:00 until 00:00. You will succeed by focusing on quality awareness, teamwork and discipline. Your top 3 tasks are:
- Performing cleaning and packaging activities according to strict guidelines.
- Reading and applying work instructions.
- Recording production data in ERP systems and report to your supervisor.
HQ Group produces packaging for fragile high tech components. In the cleanroom department you work in a controlled environment. You will join a team where people help each other, where supervisors give feedback and you are encouraged to suggest improvements. The atmosphere is informal but professional, and you can really develop your skills.
Wat wij jou bieden
This is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week. You can count on:
- A gross salary of € 3.044 per month including 18% shift allowance.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 holidays.
- Travel allowance of € 0,21 per km starting from 10 km.

You are precise, take responsibility and work carefully with others. You show initiative and learn quickly. You also bring:
- Experience or affinity with working in a clean production environment.
- Good command of the English language.
- Willingness to work in two shifts.
- You know how to work with ERP systems and work instructions.
