Do you want to be at the forefront of implementing the new CLA for temporary workers and strengthening compliance with Dutch labour law?

What you will do:

  • Lead the implementation of the new CLA for temporary agency workers
  • Streamline and standardize hiring desk procedures for greater efficiency
  • Support contingent workforce projects, ensuring alignment between HR and the business
  • Create clear work instructions, memos, and presentations to support communication and change management


Gevraagd

The ideal candidate would bring the following:

  • You have solid expertise in contingent workforce management, including temp agency staffing operations and relevant legislation;
  • You hold an HBO-level qualification;
  • Experience as a Temp Agency Staffing Consultant or Recruitment Consultant on a hiring desk is a strong plus;
  • You have a process-oriented mindset and are skilled at designing, improving, and implementing efficient procedures;
  • You are pragmatic, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


Aanbod

  • 3-month temorary assignment;
  • Salary between 5.500 - 6.500 gross a month FT
  • 24 hours work week with flexible working hours;
  • Immediate start, we’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running;
  • Hybrid working (location flexible within reason);

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and Collective Labour Agreements (CLA)?

As Temporary Employment Agreements Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and optimizing temporary contracts within the organization. In this role, you will safeguard compliance with Dutch legislation and CLA provisions, while streamlining processes to reduce risks and support operational efficiency.

This is a 3-month interim role, starting as soon as possible. A great opportunity for someone with strong HR/legal expertise, a detailed understanding of Dutch labour law and CLA, and the drive to build compliant and effective workforce practices!
