What you'll be doing
As a production operator, you will be filling products into bags, sealing them, and applying stickers. You also monitor the machines to keep them running smoothly. If a minor issue occurs, you can resolve it yourself. This is a physically active role that involves more than just repetitive tasks; you play a key part in ensuring the production process runs efficiently. Since you’ll be working in a food production environment, hygiene is essential, so maintaining cleanliness is key. Once the orders are ready, they are placed on pallets and prepared for shipping. Of course, you won’t be doing this alone—you’ll be working with a great team!

The ideal candidate

Brings experience as a production worker or operator, preferably with food
Lives in or nearby Oud-Beijerland area and preferably has own transportation
Speaks English and/or Dutch!

Where you'll work
This company located in Oud Beijerland produces small portion packages of various products such as biscuits, honey and sandwich fillings. Think of small bags of sugar, honey or jam. Today, the company sells approximately 7.5 billion portion packs per year to customers in the catering industry, hospitals, coffee roasters, airlines and wholesalers. These are no longer just sugar sachets, but also portion packs of sauces and spices. They certainly do not stand still here and are therefore looking for new production employees.

Specials

The morning shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, and the evening shift from 3:15 PM to 12:00 AM. On Fridays, the evening shift ends earlier at 8:35 PM, giving you a head start on the weekend! The company is closed on weekends.
