As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that supplier invoices, expenses, and payments are processed accurately and on time. You will also support supplier relationship management and contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

Description

• Prepare and execute supplier payment runs accurately and on time.
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring proper coding and compliance with company policies.
• Manage supplier communications, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Perform regular supplier account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Administer suspense account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are correctly allocated.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage).
• Experience or qualification in Finance or a related field.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience in various accounting Payable roles in preferably an international project environment
