7+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in digital product development, with a focus on technical products and architectures. 

5+ years of experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and GIS solutions, preferably based on the SAP suite (SAP S/4HANA and Esri) 

Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Asset Management business processes and know how to establish the relationship between the asset management, GIS and the finance processes. 

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision aligned with company goals and articulate it clearly to stakeholders and teams. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 

Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

Software Understanding: Strong understanding of ARCGIS enterprise and SAP EAM suite 

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that products meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. 

Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Execution & Delivery: Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely releases with measurable impact.
