For DP World in Tilburg, we are looking for an Operational Business Analyst. In this role, you play a key part in translating data into actionable insights that support better decision-making within logistics and supply chain processes. You will validate and monitor operational data, build clear dashboards and reports, and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Your analyses help identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive process improvements.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, naturally curious, and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and improve efficiency.

Your contribution as Operational Business Analyst
As an Operational Business Analyst, you ensure that data truly adds value to the organization. You translate numbers into insights, visualize performance, and help teams make fact-based decisions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
• Validate, monitor, and analyze operational data
• Identify anomalies and improvement opportunities
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements across departments

Gevraagd

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Power BI
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel, including Power Query
• Curiosity and attention to detail—you always want to know if the numbers are right
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• Proactive and collaborative mindset—you enjoy working in a team
• Living in the Netherlands, preferably in the Tilburg region
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
