Our client is an international maritime service provider. With a versatile fleet of vessels they support offshore wind and oil & gas projects. With a team of 35 professionals at their office they work in a fast-paced environment and they are growing fast. For them we are looking for a QHSE Coordinator, who is eager to to make an impact on safety, sustainability and quality across their fleet and offices.. • You support crew and office staff in meeting all relevant QHSSE regulations and company standards (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001)
• You review, update, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• You will proactively promote safety and risk awareness by providing guidance and training.
• You provide QHSSE expertise to tenders and projects on all safety and compliance topics.
• You coordinate and perform audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and timely follow-up.
• You will investigate incidents and define effective corrective and preventive measures.
• You maintain QHSSE registers and contribute to reporting and management reviews.
• You act as Deputy Company Security Officer (CSO) and Designated Person Ashore (DPA).
• Support emergency preparedness through drills and exercises.
• Traveling within Northwest Europe for 10–15%
• You report to the QHSE manager. • HBO / Bachelor level
• Several years of QHSE experience, preferably in a maritime or offshore environment.
• Knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Familiarity with relevant national and international HSE legislation.
• Experience with risk management, auditing, and integrated management systems.
• Internal auditor qualification
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Salary between € 4.000 and € 6.000 depending on experience and knowledge
