You will be joining an international leader in advanced motion platforms and simulation systems, serving clients worldwide from a modern facility in De Kwakel. The company is known for its innovation and precision engineering. You’ll become part of a professional and collaborative team of engineers and mechanics, working together on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

As a Maintenance planner, you form the vital link between operations and production. You translate technical requirements into clear instructions, prepare all necessary documentation, and ensure projects are fully ready for assembly. You are also responsible for creating and monitoring production schedules, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

A comprehensive onboarding program is provided, so you will quickly become familiar with the company’s systems, processes, and technology.

• Prepare and translate technical documentation into production-ready work instructions.

• Review and validate mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.

• Develop and maintain production schedules, managing deadlines and priorities.

• Apply Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement) to streamline processes.

• Act as the main point of contact between operations, project management, and production.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Degree (MBO-4 / Bachelor) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within machine building or high-tech production.

• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies.

• Experience with production planning tools.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Strong communicator in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented.

• Salary up to €4,200 gross per month (depending on experience).

• 1-year contract (32–40 hours per week) with a strong prospect of permanent employment.

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time basis).
