As a Production Operative, you will support the entire production process of cooked meats, sausages and meal components. Your tasks include sorting, cleaning your workstation, handling and processing meat, packing products manually and carrying out quality checks — always in line with HACCP and food safety standards. In short, you make sure everything runs smoothly and products leave the line in top quality.

This role is based on a two-shift system, meaning one week you work mornings and the next week afternoons/evenings. Weekends are always off, giving you time to recharge.

Working hours are:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00.

Would you prefer to work in days only? The company also has a day-shift option available, so you can apply for that as well if it suits you better.

• Salary between €2,814.05 and €3,515.22 per month (depending on age, experience and full-time hours);
• 31.5% shift allowance for hours worked after 18:00;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
• 24 days holiday plus 8% holiday pay;
• Weekly or 4-weekly pay;
• Pension from day one;
• Full-time, 40 hours per week;
• A permanent contract after a successful period;
• Plenty of development opportunities (e.g. operator roles, line leader, technical support).

• Experienced in a similar production role, preferably in food;
• Physically fit and willing to work with meat products;
• Open to working in two-shift system;
• Living within commuting distance of Delft;
• In possession of your own transport;
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English;
• A reliable, motivated and hardworking team player who can also work independently.
