Are you a born leader with a passion for logistics? Do you get energy from dynamic environments and supplying top brands such as Burger King, Hema, and Subway? Then we have the perfect challenge for you!

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English
• You think in terms of solutions and have a proactive attitude
• Experience in managing a team is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement!

As Assistant Team Leader, you'll lead a dispatch team of 10-12. You'll prepare goods for shipment, assist with planning, and motivate your team.

• With precision and speed, you place containers in the correct sequence for our drivers' routes
• You take the lead of an energetic team of 10-12 warehouse operatives and know how to motivate them to achieve top performance
• You are not afraid to handle the preparation of frozen, chilled, and ambient products – a true all-rounder!
• You conduct accurate spot checks and ensure that every order is complete

At this company, you will work in the evening and night hours, with flexible shifts between 15:45 and 03:00 (in consultation with the other Team Leader). And the great part is: your commitment at night is rewarded with attractive shift allowances, which can significantly boost your salary!
