Join Us as Foreman – Construction & Demolition Line (Nieuwegein) Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on both practical and strategic tasks? In this position, you will serve as the vital link between the shop floor and the planning department. You will lead a dedicated team in sorting construction and demolition waste, ensuring operations are safe, efficient, and well-organized. When necessary, you will step in and work alongside your team, earning respect through your active participation. The work is physically demanding and often outdoors, adding variety and dynamism to your day. You will work in a two-shift system, ensuring no two days are alike!

Wij bieden:

- Gross monthly salary between €3,221.91 and €4,409.35, excluding surcharges;
- Shift surcharges according to the collective labour agreement;
- At least 27.5 vacation days per year;
- Solid pension scheme;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (one way, from 30 km);

- Working with modern systems such as Excel, Word, Optiproces, E-hour, and Workday.

Wij vragen:

- MBO (secondary vocational) level of working and thinking;
- Leadership experience is a plus, but junior, medior, and senior candidates are all welcome;
- Good command of Dutch or English (Polish is a plus);
- Technical insight and strong organizational skills;
- Willingness to obtain certificates such as VCA, BHV, or forklift (a plus if you already have them);
- Proactive attitude and team spirit;
- Physically able to support your team on the floor when necessary.
