What You’ll Do

• Guide customers in choosing the perfect products for their self-care rituals
• Solve any issues that pop up after the sale—ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied
• Be the friendly, helpful voice for French-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media
• All from the comfort of your own home, working remotely with the Rituals team!

Flexible Hours

No need to hesitate : Become a Customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commits to at least 20 hours a week (and more is possible too!). There are multiple shifts : Day shift (08:45–18:00), Late shift (11:00–21:00) and Weekend shift (10:00–18:30) We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.

• A nice hourly salary of 14,58;
• Work from Anywhere: Whether you’re in Amsterdam or elsewhere in the Netherlands, this fully remote job offers complete flexibility

• Short-Term Commitment: From October 9th to December 31st, you’ll be part of the Rituals magic without long-term commitments
• Flexible Hours: Work between 4 to 8 hours a day on a rotating schedule that changes every four weeks—fit work around your life!

• Minimum mbo-4 level or equivalent ability
• You’re fluent in French, with excellent communication skills
• You have a passion for helping people and solving problems and You can commit to working at least 24 hours per week
