Are you a pharmaceutical operator and are you looking for a new challenge? 

For a fast-growing, international pharmaceutical company in Almere, we are looking for a hands-on, motivated operator who is ready to make a real impact. You will be fully trained inhouse for a specific department and become a key player in a smooth and efficient production process. It is your job to ensure that every product meets top quality standards. For that purpose, you will operate high-tech machinery and follow strict GMP protocols. You have the highest attention to detail from filling and packaging, to cleaning and inspections. You’ll do it all with precision and care. And if something is not right? You’ll notice it right away and act on it. 

The perfect candidate for this role has extensive experience in a food or pharmaceutical production environment, has knowlegde of the GMP protocols and is highly detail oriented. Furthermore it is important that you speak English, as this is the main language spoken within the company.     

You will receive a direct contract with the company, it is not a temp job. We are looking for someone who is in for the longhaul, as training for this position may take up 6 months to a year. You will get every change to develop and follow specific training and courses to optimize your skillset. The company has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is very open to international candidates.

• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector is required;
• You have a keen eye for detail, are quality-focused, and follow instructions accurately;
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
