Ready to start as a Packing Operator in a 3-shift system? Join a leading food production company and help strengthen our motivated team!

As a Packing Operator, you ensure food products are checked, packed, and prepared correctly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting product quality visually
• Measuring and recording dimensions, thickness, and weight
• Sorting out products that don’t meet standards
• Stacking products and checking packaging
• Verifying codes and quantities per package
• Removing damaged boxes from the process
• Stacking and wrapping pallets and moving them to the freezer
• Correctly handling and recording waste streams
• Reporting deviations to your supervisor
• Keeping your work area clean during and after production

You’re more than a packer, you help maintain product quality. A good command of Dutch or English is essential.

• Monthly salary between €2,400 and €2,565 excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of up to €640 gross (25%)
• Travel allowance up to €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km one way)
• Annual holiday allowance of 8.33%

• You have at least a secondary education level (VMBO or equivalent).

You will join a leading food producer with modern production lines delivering millions of products daily to wholesalers, restaurants, caterers, airlines, and cruise ships worldwide. Quality, natural ingredients, and maintaining taste, crispiness, and texture are top priorities. Chances are you’ll spot a product you helped make in your local supermarket!

The workplace is informal, and your colleagues form a close-knit, dedicated team.

You will work in a rotating 3-shift system:

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00 (once every two weeks starting Sunday evening)

Part-time work is possible, provided you take part in at least one of the rotating shifts.
