As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on positions within logistics and supply chain. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions in logistics, supply chain, and supporting functions;
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights;
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process;
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and sourcing strategies;
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and process improvements.

Profile

3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics and/or supply chain;
Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently;
Based in the Schiphol area (role is hard to reach by public transport - car preferred);
Available to work 40 hours per week, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Job Offer

A competitive salary between €45,000 and €60,000 annually, depending on age and experience;
