About the role

The Supply Chain Domain Architect plays a pivotal role within our global architecture team, which drives technology decision-making globally across the enterprise. You will provide strategic direction and architectural leadership across supply chain transformation, modernization, planning, and analytics.

This role oversees a team of architects focused on manufacturing and planning, ensuring that technology decisions are aligned with business goals and are executed with a real mandate to bring change.

You will be instrumental in connecting business and IT, translating strategic supply chain objectives into scalable, resilient, and data-driven architecture. A strong collaborator and connector with business stakeholders, you will guide enterprise-wide consistency and innovation across the supply chain technology landscape to support agility, resilience, and digital competitiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the end-to-end supply chain architecture vision, principles, and reference models.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and data-driven architectures across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics domains.
  • Lead a team of architects, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Drive the modernization of legacy supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9) into future-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable architecture.
  • Champion enterprise architecture governance, ensuring consistency and quality across initiatives.
  • Represent supply chain architecture in global forums and contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in IT and the business to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex architectural challenges.
  • Ensure architectural coherence and integration across global business units and IT delivery teams.
  • Promote the use of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
  • Operate with a clear mandate to drive real change, turning strategic vision into business impact.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior architecture role, ideally within a global matrix organization.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain domains, particularly in planning (S&OP, demand/supply, capacity), manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in designing end-to-end architectures and leading complex transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with SAP and familiarity with platforms like Oracle, Kinaxis, or o9 is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to build strong relationships and align diverse business and IT teams.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to modernizing legacy systems and shaping digital, future-ready supply chains.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and influencing skills.
What we offer

  • 30 holidays
  • 8% vacation allowance
