Are you an organisational talent with a passion for structure and people? In this role as an office assistant, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly and support colleagues across various areas.

Description

As an Office Assistant, you are the central point of contact for everything related to office organisation. You ensure an efficient working environment and support colleagues in administrative, HR, and facility-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising office processes and procedures;
  • Managing suppliers, contracts, and office inventory;
  • Supporting HR-related tasks such as onboarding, team activities, and internal communication;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and visitors;
  • Providing financial support such as petty cash management and reporting;
  • Facilitating internal communication and planning;
  • Acting as the first point of contact in the absence of HR;

Profile

The ideal candidate for this position as an office assistant is energetic, independent, and enjoys variety. You have strong communication skills and know how to set priorities effectively.

Your Profile:

  • MBO/HBO level education, preferably in administration or communication;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent command of MS Office and basic accounting knowledge;
  • Good command of the English language; other languages are a plus;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Proactive, discreet, and service-oriented;

Job Offer

You will be directly employed by our client under the following conditions:

  • A position for up to 24 hours per week;
  • Salary between €2.500 and €3.500 based on full-time;
  • 26 vacation days;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • Full reimbursement of public transport costs;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23/km from 10 km one-way;
  • Pension scheme;
  • Start time between 08:00 and 08:30;
  • International working environment;

Approximately 16 colleagues work at the central office. Additionally, the company has a location in Krimpen aan den IJssel, where over 160 colleagues are based.
