Keeping machines running, safeguarding quality, and working in a close-knit team – that’s what it means to be an operator at Okechamp in Venlo. Here, mushrooms are processed into products shipped worldwide. A role full of technology, variety, and job security.

As an operator, you make sure production runs smoothly. You operate the machines, adjust settings when needed, and keep an eye on the entire process. Your tasks include:

• Operating and adjusting production machines;
• Performing quality checks so only top products leave the factory;
• Detecting and solving minor malfunctions;
• Recording production data;
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace together with your colleagues.

You’ll work in shifts, and receive attractive allowances on top of your base salary.

At Okechamp you don’t just get a varied job, but also strong employment conditions:

• A gross hourly wage starting at €14.82, according to the collective agreement;
• ADV allowance of 3.73% on top of your base pay;
• Shift allowance of 19.37% on all hours;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. 40 km per day);
• 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance (based on full-time);

You’ll be joining Okechamp Venlo, an international producer of mushrooms and mushroom products, supplying customers worldwide. The company is known for its quality, sustainability, and innovation. The site is easily accessible by car, and free parking is available.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in production or as an operator (preferred, not required);
• Has technical insight and can act quickly when issues occur;
• Works accurately with a strong focus on quality;
• Is available full-time in shift work;
• Speaks Dutch or English.
