What are you going to do?
  • Coordinate order processing, resolve unconfirmed orders, and manage product shortages with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Provide timely, professional responses to customer and sales inquiries;
  • Strive for high performance in delivering quality, on-time, and complete service;
  • Handle transactions in SAP, including order entry, billing, credit notes, pre-payments, and customer master data updates;
  • Generate reports and maintain cross-functional communication to support smooth operations;
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through service evaluation and action.
What do we offer?
  • Asalary of €21.50 per hour, equivalent to approximately €3,540 gross per month (ORBA scale E0). Higher rate will be depending on the years of experience;
  • Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension;
  • Starting date: as soon as possible;
  • 25 vacation days;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance;

What do we ask?
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Order fulfillment, or Sales Support;
  • Experience with Excel is a must;
  • SAP knowledge is highly appreciated;
  • Fluent in English; Dutch B1-B2 level is nice to have;
  • Willingness and ability to work entirely onsite;
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive communication;
  • Ability to quickly learn order processing, product details, and customer needs;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
