Are you a natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for high-quality steelwork? Join our rapidly growing steel construction company in Ossendrecht as a Foreman Steelconstruction, where you’ll combine leadership with craftsmanship in a dynamic production environment.

As Foreman, you’ll lead a skilled team of welders and metalworkers in our modern 800 m² production hall. You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating daily tasks and managing project timelines
• Ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met
• Supporting your team on the shop floor
• Acting as the key contact for production planning and team communication

You’ll foster a positive, efficient, and safe working atmosphere while delivering custom steel constructions of the highest standard.

• A full-time leadership role (40 hours/week) in day shifts
• Gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,100, based on experience and leadership skills
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay
• Pension from day one
• Permanent contract after just two months via Adecco

• Proven experience in steel construction or metalworking
• Previous experience as a foreman or team leader is a strong advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• MBO-level thinking and working ability
• Willingness to commute to Ossendrecht (easily accessible by car and public transport)
