As a Data Center Supervisor, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations at a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring uptime, safety, and operational excellence across all critical systems. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians, oversee maintenance and vendor activity, and play a key role in delivering the reliability and performance that customers depend on.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily operations across critical infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, and HVAC
Oversee maintenance schedules, vendor management, and customer installations
Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and safety regulations
Drive efficiency through process improvements, documentation, and reporting
Mentor and develop technicians, fostering a high-performance operational culture

Skills / Must Have:

5+ years of experience in critical environments (data centers, industrial facilities, or utilities)
HBO degree or equivalent technical background
Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, CRAC units, and low/high-voltage systems
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Right to work in the Netherlands; relevant certifications (HVAC or critical power) a plus
