YOUR DUTIES:

Organization and management of daily activities together with the store management
Recruitment, training and management of employees
Providing exemplary customer service
Achieving company KPIs and high inventory management standards

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

You demonstrate customer focus and you are enthusiastic about working in the toy sector
You can work with numbers and you can lead your employees in a results-oriented manner
Taking responsibility, tackling it and just doing it
You convince us with your personal and professional competence
You can provide evidence of a retail education (MBO level 3 or 4), a diploma or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience

OUR OFFER:

Salary indication based on experience: EUR 2,800-3,300 gross monthly salary + bonus agreement
You will be given the responsibility to use your strengths in a position with a varied and challenging range of tasks.
