As a Brand Manager you have the responsibilities to:

• Execute marketing plans and campaigns based on strategic guidelines;
• Coordinate local activations, including digital campaigns (MCE), events, and materials for professionals;
• Monitor market developments and competition, and translate insights into executional improvements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, finance, etc.) for an integrated approach;
• Report results and progress.

Gevraagd

The ideal candidate has:

• A Master’s degree in Business or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management in FMCG;
• Proven brand-building skills, with expertise in competitive positioning and high-impact content activation, including direct-to-patient media planning;
• Extensive experience in launching and scaling brand strategies and cross-functional initiatives at local levels;
• A proactive, collaborative approach, skilled in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams;
• Multi-language proficiency (a plus).

Aanbod

For this position, the salary is around €60 per hour as a freelancer or €6,000 gross per month on a full-time contract. This is a temporary position ending the end of this year.

We are looking for an Interim Brand Manager to join a well-known international FMCG company based in Rijswijk.

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing initiatives within the Adult Oral & Disease Specific category across the Benelux region. You will play a key role in translating the strategic direction set by senior management into actionable marketing plans that drive brand growth and visibility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and the successful delivery of brand objectives.
