The company specializes in the production of industrial brushes, utilizing advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol Smooth G control systems. The work environment is professional, well-organized, and dedicated to custom projects — from single units to medium-sized production series.

Your role as a Machine Operator:

Load materials into machines according to precise instructions.
Attach products to the core using a non-welding technique.
Secure and trim products to meet exact specifications.
Operate specialised tools and configure machine settings as required.
Ensure a clean, safe and efficiently organised work environment.

Work schedule:

You will work one shift from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:30.

To succeed in this job, you should be:

Educated: With a relevant technical background (e.g., vocational or secondary technical education in metalworking or mechanical basics)
Experienced: Not required — full internal training will be provided
Technically inclined: An interest in machinery, hands-on production work, or technical environments is a strong advantage
Communicative: Able to communicate effectively in English and/or Dutch
