Boerplay's mission is to make the general area, such as public playgrounds, schoolyards, playgrounds, recreation areas, etc., attractive to play. They have the design, production (factory in Nieuwendijk) and assembly completely under control of the only company in the industry with a wide range of playground equipment (plastic, treated Scandinavian pine, hardwood, robinia, stainless steel, metal and aluminum).
Your role as a carpenter:
- Build playground equipment and street furniture
- Check the quality and safety of products
- Keep track of stocks of different materials
- Follow safety rules for machinery
Work schedule:
- Carpenters work the day shift from 8:00-16:30, Monday to Thursday, and on Friday they work only from 7:00-13:30.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
- Experience in similar work as a carpenter
- Able to read technical drawings and tools
- Be able to work for a long time
- Good communication in English or Dutch
