EDCO is a big logistics company in Europe that focuses on importing and exporting goods. Their warehouses in Deurne, Helmond, and Eindhoven handle thousands of orders every day. They deal with more than 20,000 different products, such as electronics, garden tools, bicycles, toys, and car accessories.

What your tasks are
As a logistics employee, you will start by working in the unloading department, where your main task will be unloading containers. After a few months, you will receive training in other departments to bring more diversity to your work. Your responsibilities will include:

Loading/unloading containers
Lifting packages of different weights
Sorting packages
Preparing orders for shipment
Moving pallets using electric trucks

Work schedule:

At the Deurne location, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, switching between two shifts: one week on the morning shift (06:00 to 15:00), and the next week on the afternoon shift (15:00 to 00:00).
At the Eindhoven and Helmond locations, you will work a day shift from 07:00 to 16:00. However, during busy times, you may need to work two shifts.

What you need to be successful

Experience driving EPT, forklift, reach truck, or willingness to get certified
Open to working in shifts
Good physical condition, as the job involves lifting and moving packages
No experience needed, but it’s a plus if you’ve worked in a warehouse before
Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
