The current organizational setup, impacting over 200 FTEs across multiple disciplines, must be reimagined to ensure compliance, resilience, and alignment with long-term growth. This is a high-impact project requiring close collaboration with the Fintech Strategy Lead and the Organizational Effectiveness team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of a new organizational model for the Financial Services domain
• Define which parts of the organization must evolve, and articulate an ideal end-state for each
• Develop a phased transition plan across three strategic horizons, including intermediate milestones
• Design future-state models covering team topology, governance, and cross-department collaboration
• Gather input from a broad range of stakeholders, including Directors, Board members, and the Works Council
• Co-create and present formal proposals for executive decision-making before year-end

Gevraagd

Profile:

• Proven experience in large-scale organizational design and enterprise transformation projects
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder alignment skills
• Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and at board level
• Familiarity with organizational design methodologies (e.g., Galbraith Star Model, McKinsey 7S)
• Experience with tools such as Orgvue, Lucidchart, or comparable platforms is a plus

Aanbod

This assignment is located in Utrecht and runs from 10 October 2025 through the end of December 2025 (with the possibility for extension), for 32 to 40 hours per week. Please note that we are unable to contract ZZP professionals for this role. Employment will be through us on a flexible contract, with a gross monthly salary ranging from €8,500 to €10,000 (based on 40 hours per week). Applicants must be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work.
