Your role

As a German-speaking Account Manager at HotelSpecials, you'll be responsible for growing and managing our hotel portfolio in the German market. You’ll handle a portfolio mainly consisting of A-accounts and hotel chains. You are the main point of contact for our German hotel partners, maintaining strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our deals are well-presented and competitive.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to promote hotel deals and increase booking volume through our platform. Additionally, you’ll monitor market trends, respond to developments, and contribute to the growth of the sales/account management team by sharing your knowledge and guiding colleagues.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure the best deals are visible on the website;
  • Maintain daily contact with hotels and build long-term relationships;
  • Use all available marketing and sales resources to maximize availability and pricing;
  • Support hotels with uploading deals into the system;
  • Negotiate profitable partnerships and close contractual agreements;
  • Align product offerings with customer demand and improve existing campaigns;
  • Keep property data up to date in the CRM system;
  • Analyze market and business figures and respond to developments;
  • Contribute to the growth of the Sales team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in account management, preferably within the hotel or leisure industry
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably as a key user
  • Analytical skills; you can interpret data and translate it into actions
  • Native-level German and strong command of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
