As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a central role in driving strategic procurement decisions for Procurement. By analysing data, market trends, and supplier performance, you will provide actionable insights to optimize cost, efficiency, and sustainability across the Indirect Procurement supply chain.

The position

In this unique and exciting position, you can add great value to the performance of the team. You will have the chance to work with data, analyzing trends and making informed decisions, transforming data into valuable business information. The way you do this is by being meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring all procurement activities and deadlines are met. More importantly you enjoy communicating with various internal stakeholders such as production, logistics and finance teams in a pro-active manor, taking initiative and thriving for collaboration and results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process improvements and problem solving: always seeking opportunities for process improvements, costs savings and optimization.
• Data analysis and reporting: collect, analyse, and interpret procurement data to support decision-making and identify (cost-saving) opportunities.
• Supplier performance: evaluate supplier performance, monitor KPI’s, and support supplier relationship management processes.
• Category management support: collaborate with Central Procurement Managers to develop and execute procurement strategies for packaging materials.
• Cost optimization: identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
• Process improvement: support the development of tools, systems, and processes to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with local and regional procurement teams in logistics, legal, finance, and operations to align procurement objectives with business goals.

About you:

We’re looking for an analytical, pro active and organized person who want to be part of this talented team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, procurement systems (e.g., SAP), and generating reports that can influence procurement strategies;
• You use data to show inefficiencies, find practical solutions and implementing process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and flexible.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
