Nolet Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of an international logistics organisation with a strong presence across Europe. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic Control Tower team, making sure shipments move smoothly across road, rail, and sea.

What will you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for your own set of clients: answering questions, resolving incidents (e.g. refused loads, damages), and building long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate shipments from order acceptance to final delivery, handling the related admin accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a healthy carrier portfolio and combine loads smartly to optimise capacity and cost, in line with loading rules and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with your Manager Control Tower and Carrier Manager to meet commercial and departmental goals, while continuously improving collaboration.
What do you bring?

  • Experience in a similar customer service/logistics role (or the drive to grow into it fast).
  • Customer-minded, strong communicator, and fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, and a genuine team player—with a good sense of humour.
