As Revenue & Growth Lead, you are the driving force behind our commercial strategy and growth. You combine sharp commercial insight with hands-on execution, turning ideas into measurable results. Together with your team, you expand our impact and ensure clients are not just satisfied, but excited.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to boost revenue and market impact.
  • Lead sales and product teams, translating customer needs into innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of P&L, focusing on growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Foster a dynamic, results-driven culture within your team.

What you'll take the lead on

Setting the course

You’ll help define the business unit’s direction and take charge of making it happen. Together with the executive team, you’ll build a long-term strategy for growth—both at home and abroad.

Building a stronger organization

You empower people. You create a culture where collaboration, development, and innovation thrive. You lead with clarity, keep operations running smoothly, and take responsibility for results—yes, that includes the P&L.

Driving commercial success

You know what’s happening in the market before others do. You translate trends into action and help shape services and products that customers love. You keep the sales engine running, spot new opportunities, and represent the company at the right moments.

Innovating for impact

You guide product teams toward smart solutions. Customer needs? You know them inside out. You build a culture of innovation, where learning and improving never stop.


You bring this

Minimum 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or ICT managed services​​​​​​

  • A completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or something close.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic commercial leadership role.
  • A development curve that left your peers in the dust—and you’re not slowing down.
  • A proven track record in scaling fast and sustainably.
  • The leadership skills to inspire, challenge, and connect people.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Native-level Dutch proficiency.
