For our client active in the food sector, we are currently looking for an operational employee for their quality department. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent based on experience
You are flexible and enjoy working independently.
You are fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus
You are proficient with MS Office applications.
You are accurate, organized, and have a healthy dose of problem-solving thinking.
You enjoy short communication lines and feel at home in a dynamic, hands-on cold production environment.

Production Control: Checking the productions of the previous day using samples that you collect/take yourself.

Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks within the quality department (tracking training, work clothing and materials, etc.).

Awareness and Training: Helping to raise awareness, adjust, and train our employees.

Complaint Handling: Handling complaints professionally and, based on this information, developing concrete improvement actions to increase customer satisfaction.

You will regularly be in a cold environment to take samples. For this position, you must be willing to work in a cold environment.
