As Warehouse Lead, you'll take full ownership of daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment, optimizing processes and leading a small team in Wijchen. You'll be the central point of contact for transport coordination, stock accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Omschrijving
Lead and structure warehouse operations from inbound to outbound
Ensure stock accuracy and timely shipments
Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams
Maintain and improve reporting, safety checks, and system transactions
Coach and support the warehouse team with a hands-on approach
Profiel van kandidaat
3-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a lead role
Fluent in English, strong with ERP/WMS systems and Google Sheets
Hands-on, structured, and people-oriented with a pragmatic leadership style
Comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment

€45-55K salary (including travel and holiday allowance)
