The Position
As part of the Creative Concept Development team for the EMEA region, this Designer role focuses on bringing seasonal and non-seasonal retail experiences to life, from initial idea to final execution. You will support the team by creating and adapting design visuals, assisting in campaign implementation, and managing project operations. This position combines creative design work with organizational and communication tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of retail windows and in-store activations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and renderings in SketchUp/V-Ray to visualize retail windows and activations.
• Support in designing and adapting layouts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Produce graphic design assets for presentations, guidelines, and project documentation.
• Manage Excel trackers, process orders, and ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
• Liaise with EMEA hubs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
• Contribute to reporting and analysis of implementation data to optimize processes and workflows.

Measures of Success

• High-quality 3D visualizations and design assets delivered on time and in line with brand standards.
• Smooth project execution across multiple markets with accurate data and efficient order management.
• Effective collaboration with hubs, vendors, and internal teams ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong process optimization through accurate reporting and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of retail window and in-store design principles.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable working across multiple markets.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (agency, retail, or freelance) preferred; strong portfolios from recent graduates also considered.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with the ability to balance creative and operational tasks.
