We are looking for a Business Analyst experienced in the HR domain (knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding)

The Business Analyst is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights and innovative technologies to enhance HR processes and improve the overall associate experience. This role aims to:

  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
  • Enhance HR Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Foster Innovation: Identify and evaluate new HR technologies and innovative solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Support Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes through effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of user engagement.
