IntroductieFor our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Dutch, English and French. Are you customer-oriented, communicative and eager to work in an international environment? Then this is the opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes fluent Dutch, English and French.
- Has experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Works accurately and in a structured way, even under pressure.
- Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Has experience with order processing and customer contact (phone and email).
- Is proactive, flexible and service-minded.
- An attractive gross monthly salary between €3,097 and €3,691, depending on experience.
- A dynamic and international working environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service via phone and email. You will process incoming orders in SAP, monitor the entire order process, and ensure that customer inquiries are handled accurately and on time. In addition, you will work closely with account managers and colleagues from different departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
