As a Skilled Project Manager Operations managing the innovation & renovation project pipeline for different brands within in the Dairy segment. You work together with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory and Research & Development to implement the key global/EU launches in the Benelux market. You will also :

• Work with the IPRO (Innovation Productivity & Realization Office) team that manages and delivers the innovation pipeline for the Benelux organization.
• Responsible for creation and delivery of the innovation pipeline for all categories : Dairy, Waters, Plant Based, First Diet and Specialized Nutrition; 
• Participate in the Risk Assessment with other internal and external stakeholders;  
• Follow up to identified actions coming out of both assessments, resources identification & allocation, per region x-functional project team & governance forum;
• Set up, managing the deployment planning, KPIs, success criteria, etc. 

Gevraagd

• 5 years or more experience in project Management;
• Proven experience in project management and management of external partners;
• Experience in interacting with internal business partners, meeting facilitation, and transversal management;
• Experience in project management, change management and knowledge of the food industry are key.
• Experience in PLM projects in the Food business;
• Experience in the field of science communication;
• Ability to communicate in an impactful way;
• Fluent in English

Aanbod

Through our agency, you will receive a 3-month temporary contract with an external party. 
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 3 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract; however, we are not able to guarantee this. The location is Utrecht, and hybrid working is possible.

• Salary will be around €6500 - €7500  gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on your experience;
• Leave days;
• Travel expenses will be covered.
