Your responsibilities are to:

• Develop 3D retail concepts using SketchUp and V-Ray;
• Create and adapt design visuals in line with brand guidelines;
• Produce graphic assets for presentations and documentation;
• Maintain Excel trackers and manage order placement and follow-ups;
• Liaise with internal teams, EMEA hubs, and vendors to ensure clear, timely communication;
• Assist with reporting and analysis of project implementation.

Gevraagd

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong graphic design and visualization skills/experience in visual merchandising;
• Solid understanding of retail window/in-store design;
• Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking);
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities;
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong portfolios from recent graduates welcome.

Are you a creative thinker with strong design skills and an eye for detail? We’re looking for a freelance designer to join a dynamic Creative Concept Development team supporting retail experiences across the EMEA region.

In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to the full journey, from concept design to final execution, for seasonal and non-seasonal window displays and in-store activations. Your work will include 3D modeling, graphic design, layout adaptation, and hands-on project coordination.
